Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an “order confirmation” email within 24 business hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will serve as your invoice.

If you do not receive your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us.

BravoFurniture.net strives to provide our customers with best possible pictures of items that we sell and utilizes highest-resolution images. However, some color variations between the picture that you see on your monitor and the item that arrives to your house may occur.

We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Checks, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks (in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank). All BravoHome.net products and services are priced in U.S. dollars.

You can place an order with a credit card, by using our Web site. We also will be glad to assist you to place the order over the phone. Our systems are very secure, and all customer information is kept private. To place an order with a check, money order, or cashier’s check (denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank), please print your shopping cart and mail  it with your payment.

We cannot accept your purchase order unless you agree to these terms

Charging and Credit Card info

BravoFurniture.net does not save or store any credit card numbers of its customers. Once a customer completes online order, his/her credit card issuer authorizes BravoFurniture.net to charge an appropriate amount of money to the customer’s credit card. BravoFurniture.net will charge customer’s credit card whenever the merchandise is shipped. However, in some cases BravoFurniture.net may charge your card in the time of the sale.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to destinations in the State of New York are subject to a 8.375% sales tax.

Shipping

Depending on the item(s) that you purchased on BravoFurniture.net and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be provided to you. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and additional charges that might be applied to your order.

Shipping Time

Please allow approximately 1-6 weeks for delivery. If we can not deliver in this time frame we will give you a call with new delivery date. “However, due to the fact that delivery times may be effected by our manufacturers and/or shipping solutions provides, we cannot be held responsible in the event that your items arrive earlier or later than estimated.

Please note: more shipping time is required for residents of Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota.

“Important: Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Curbside delivery

This product ships to the 48 contiguous states only.  “Curbside Delivery” provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up.

  • Signature required
  • Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent’s departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the return/replacement process or you may refuse the delivery.

Customer must provide a shipping address that is free of spatial obstructions (low hanging trees, power, or just insufficient space in general). If delivery cannot be made to the shipping address because of spatial restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for modification of the original shipping information (location, type of truck required, etc.).

Home Delivery & Setup

Home Delivery with professional Assembly ( Not available in all States).

“Home Delivery and Set Up” provides delivery and assembly inside the house. Drivers are not responsible for clean up.

  • Signature required
  • Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 6-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of check out. Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges.
  • Prices for ground floor deliveries or elevator buildings, manual lifts are extra
  • It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before delivery agent’s departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill.

Customer must provide a shipping address that is free of spatial obstructions (low hanging trees, power, or just insufficient space in general). If delivery cannot be made to the shipping address because of spatial restrictions, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges for modification of the original shipping information (location, type of truck required, etc.).

Upon Delivery

All customers are required to sign a bill of lading upon delivery. Should you notice any damage to the boxes in which your furniture was delivered or to the furniture itself, please, note the damages on the bill of lading.

Important: You MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the damage to the item(s) and the box(s) in detail on the bill of lading and contact us immediately.
